*No returns are offered on cases, accessories, device parts, or services. All device returns are subject to a 30% processing fee.*

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30-days of purchase.

  • It must be in 100% working condition with no water damage (including humidity). Any non-functional, cracked, or broken device component voids the return policy.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns on any accessory sales, repair services, sale items, gift cards.

Restocking Fee

For all device returns, please be aware that a 30% processing fee will be applied. This helps us cover the costs associated with shipping, handling, and restocking your item.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@itsourtech.com.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right.

How to Start a Return

Visit our in-person location with your device or contact us at hello@itsourtech.com to initiate your return.

Once the return process is initiated, you can either ship the item back or bring it to our store at:

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, Sour Tech will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns After 30 Days

After 30 days, your item may still be covered under our 1-year warranty for hardware defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, liquid damage, or physical damage. Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Sour Tech will void the warranty.
