Yes! We recommend bringing your device in-store so our technicians can inspect and clean the charge port. Dust or lint can sometimes build up and cause charging issues, and cleaning the port often resolves the problem.

If cleaning doesn’t fix the issue, it's free, but a charge port replacement may be necessary. We can provide exact quotes for the charge port depending on your model of device.

The charge port cleaning service is only $25.00 + tax.

Bring your device in, and we’ll take care of it for you in 25 minutes or less!
